A wet Saturday in March doesn’t sound a lot of fun but that’s what the first Spyder Club Open Day of 2018 throw at us. And most importantly, everyone who said they’d come, did.
The thought of a warm pub and a glass of beer was very appealing however so was the line up of Spyder Club motorcycles. The fleet included the new Ducati Panigale V4S, staggering; Ducati 1260 Multistrada S, again, sublime; and our new Triumph Street Triple 765 R, what more do you need?!
Guests also got to ride the Aprilia Tuono 1100 V4 Factory, a cracking motorcycle. And the BMW S1000RR and XR, superb, and the Yamaha MT-10 Touring, were all amongst the favourites.
A Spyder Club open day offers two wheeled fun and it’s a great ways for members to get together and to welcome potential members into the club. It also introduces future trip guests, short-term lease and motorcycle hire customers to the values of Spyder Club and Spyder Motorcycles.
Each guest rides four bikes over a 30 minute route of good fun tarmac. Split into two groups and stopping for lunch, it’s a great teaser day. Every guest has a favourite bike by lunchtime, only to have another one by the end of the day.
